To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

To start a return, please fill out our return form (https://returns.e-stebdal.com/returns?shop=kika-swim-wear.myshopify.com). Once your return is accepted, we’ll arrange for a courier to pick up the item from you. After receiving the returned item, we’ll process your refund via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash within 3-4 business days. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Please keep in mind that the shipping company we use operates independently from KIKA. While we refund the cost of the product itself, any courier trips—whether for an exchange or refund—will incur a shipping fee, as this service is managed by an external provider.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item and process your refund or exchange as needed.
